Affiliate Program Terms

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to everyone taking part in the LaunchZone affiliate program. By joining the program you agree to them, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not promote LaunchZone as an affiliate.

2. Joining the Program

• The program is open to newsletters, directories, communities, creators and anyone else with an audience of makers or founders.
• Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, decline or remove an affiliate at our discretion.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• Affiliate accounts, referral links and commissions are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
• You take part as an independent party. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship.

3. Commission

• You earn 30% of the amount actually paid on a referred first purchase.
• The rate applies to every paid LaunchZone product: launch plans, post-launch boosts, lifetime deal placements, sponsored affiliate listings and LaunchCity storefronts.
• Commission is calculated on the amount charged after discounts and promotion codes, excluding taxes and payment-processing fees.
• Only first purchases earn commission. Subscription renewals and repeat purchases by the same customer do not.
• You may not earn commission on your own purchases, or on purchases made by accounts, companies or people you control.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked through your personal link and a first-party cookie that lasts 30 days from the click.
• Last click wins: if the buyer arrives through a different affiliate link before purchasing, that affiliate is credited instead.
• A purchase made after the tracking window expires earns no commission.
• Tracking depends on cookies and click identifiers recorded by our attribution provider. We cannot credit referrals that our tracking does not record, and we do not accept manual attribution claims.
• Our records of clicks, conversions and commissions are the reference for any dispute.

5. Payouts

• Commission is approved once the referred payment has cleared and the refund window has passed.
• Refunded, disputed, charged-back or fraudulent orders earn no commission, and any commission already approved for them is reversed.
• Payouts are requested from the affiliate portal and paid via PayPal or Wise, subject to any payout threshold shown there.
• You are responsible for providing correct payout details. Fees charged by the payout provider are deducted from the amount transferred.
• You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your commission in your own jurisdiction.

6. How You May Promote LaunchZone

Promote LaunchZone honestly, on channels you own or are allowed to post on, and disclose that your links are affiliate links wherever the law or the platform requires it. You may use the LaunchZone name and logo to link to us, but not in a way that suggests you are LaunchZone or speak on its behalf.

7. Prohibited Promotion

The following void the commissions involved and may end your participation:

• Paid search or ads bidding on "LaunchZone" or close variations of our brand terms.
• Coupon, voucher and cashback sites, or advertising discounts we have not published.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, auto-redirects and any other undisclosed link injection.
• Unsolicited email, DMs or comment spam.
• Self-referrals, and referrals from accounts, companies or people you control.
• Registering domains, social handles or app names containing our brand, or imitating our site.
• Misrepresenting what LaunchZone does, inventing results, or promising outcomes on our behalf.
• Promotion on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content.

8. Changes to the Program

We may change the commission rate, the tracking window, the payout method or these terms, with notice in the affiliate portal. Changes apply to clicks that happen after the update — commission already earned under the previous terms is not affected. The "Last updated" date above marks the current version.

9. Termination

You may leave the program at any time from the affiliate portal. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without cause. On termination, approved commission that is not the result of a breach of these terms is still paid out; pending commission earned through prohibited promotion is forfeited, and your referral links stop earning.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

The program is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversions or earnings, or that tracking will be free of interruption — cookie blocking, browser settings and provider outages can all affect attribution. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the commission payable to you.
