1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaunchZone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

LaunchZone is a product launch platform that allows makers and founders to submit, launch, and promote their products. The platform includes product listings, weekly launch competitions, community upvoting, reviews, build-in-public updates, and related services.

LaunchZone also offers optional one-time launch boosts and post-launch visibility upgrades, editorial deal and affiliate program directories with optional paid placements, and free SEO utilities for makers. These surfaces are provided as-is and do not guarantee traffic, rankings, or revenue.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Product Submissions

• You must have the right to submit the product and all associated content (name, description, images, URLs).
• Submissions must not contain misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission at our discretion.
• Products that violate applicable laws, promote illegal activities, or contain harmful content will be removed.
• Free Launch submissions may add an optional LaunchZone badge as described in section 5 to unlock a dofollow listing link. Paid launch plans include a dofollow listing link without a badge.
• By submitting a product, you grant LaunchZone a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your submission on our platform.

5. Free Launch Badge & Dofollow Links

Free Launch listings may be published and remain in the LaunchZone catalog without a badge. The Visit website link starts as nofollow. Adding and verifying a live LaunchZone badge on your product website unlocks a dofollow outbound link from LaunchZone to your website.

• Badge verification is optional for Free Launch publication and catalog placement. You can submit for review and go live with a nofollow listing link first.
• After a badge is verified, we automatically recheck Free Launch badges on an ongoing basis (typically every day). Keep the badge publicly reachable if you want the free dofollow listing link to stay active.
• If a previously verified badge is removed, blocked, altered so it no longer verifies, or otherwise becomes unavailable, the outbound dofollow listing link is revoked (the Visit website link becomes nofollow). The product stays approved and remains in the LaunchZone catalog and discovery surfaces.
• Restoring the badge and completing verification again unlocks the free dofollow listing link, subject to our review rules.
• Featured Launch and Pro Launch include a dofollow LaunchZone listing link as part of the paid package and do not require ongoing badge verification. External backlink placements are not included.

6. Upvoting & Community Guidelines

• Upvote manipulation (using bots, fake accounts, paid votes, or coordinated voting) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of your launch.
• Be respectful in reviews and interactions with other community members.
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will result in account suspension.
• You may not upvote your own products.

7. Payments & Refunds

One-time paid purchases are processed in USD through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Paid products may include:

• Launch boosts: Featured Launch and Pro Launch for product submissions.
• Post-launch upgrades: Extend Featured placement and Compare Page Sponsor visibility.
• Deal directory placements: Priority review, featured sponsored deal, and top sponsored deal options on our deals directory.
• Affiliate program placements: Verified badge, top or category sponsored placement, and lead capture add-ons on our affiliate programs directory.

Launch credits

• Launch credits are rewards earned through platform activity (such as streaks and awards). They are not sold as a standalone product.
• You may redeem 1 credit for a Featured Launch, or 1 credit plus a copay for a Pro Launch. Redemption is final and non-refundable once applied.
• Unused launch credits remain on your account until spent.

Refund policy

• All one-time paid purchases are final and non-refundable once checkout completes and the purchase is applied to your account, listing, or placement. This includes launch boosts, post-launch upgrades, deal placements, and affiliate program placements.
• Launch credits redeemed at checkout are likewise non-refundable once applied.
• Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law.

Editorial and placement terms

• Paid review or placement options do not guarantee listing approval, deal approval, ranking, traffic, leads, or sales.
• Sponsored listings and placements are clearly labeled. Free editorial listings remain available.

8. Intellectual Property

The LaunchZone platform, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted products), is owned by LaunchZone and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

• LaunchZone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee any specific results, traffic, or visibility from launching on our platform.
• We are not responsible for the products, services, or content submitted by users.
• Free Launch dofollow listing links depend on a verified on-site badge as described in section 5. Free listings without a verified badge publish with a nofollow Visit website link and stay in the catalog. Paid launches include a dofollow LaunchZone listing link, verified trust signal, instant approval and featured visibility. External backlink placements are not included.
• Post-launch paid upgrades (such as featured extension and compare sponsorship) and paid deal or affiliate directory placements provide visibility only. We do not guarantee traffic, conversions, or revenue from those placements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchZone and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
